"I bought my bike from another dealership that up until October 2007 the other dealership had been servicing my bike , but at my 30,000 mile maintenance the old dealership did not disassemble and inspect my steering head bearings which I paid for according to H/D Motor Company and instead I was forced to take my bike immmediatley back and then they replaced the steering head bearings which ended up costing me another $364.00 on top of the first $364.00. The motor company said that I was right and the people at the old dealership even told the man from the motor company that they "Don't have time to follow the book on maintenance" and I am still out $364.00..... This is when I started using Cajun Harley Davidson for all my needs and will never use any other dealership. I have nothing but praises for Cajun H/D as they have treated me like a person and not just money coming in the store ........."

"In March I went to Cajun Harley just to look around and check things out. Marty met me and showed me almost every bike, passed his card, a thick brochure to me and I was gone home. I came back in the middle of the week, talked to Marty again and by the end of the week we had my black 2008 1200 Sportster on its way here. After hearing several horror stories about another Louisiana Harley dealer I admit I was leery to shop here but Cajun Harley was the best sales experience I have had anywhere. "I call Louisiana Home and Cajun HD is my local dealership, I work out of state and while passing through recently I stopped in to order parts for my 2005 Deluxe (purchased at Cajun HD).When Joey called to let me know that my parts were in I informed him that I was still out of town. He went out of his way to get my parts to my son who was on his way to meet me out of state. It is always a pleasure to deal with a knowlegable and courteous staff that will go out of their way to help you. Thanks Joey! you are one of the main reasons I keep returning to Cajun HD. Also it's been almost three years since I purchased my second Harley (First being in a Sportster 883 in 1988)from Cajun HD, service was great back then and has only improved. "Just recently had all the pins & connectors changed on my wiring harness at Cajun. Original pins were used on my 92 FXLR, but the results were less than satisfying. Having trouble with the pins remaining connected, I spoke with Corey in service about the problem. Cajun stepped up, had new generation double locking pins & connectors installed, at NO cost to me. When Cajun Harley says they warranty their work, they mean it."

"Having visited other dealerships, Cajun Harley was the one dealership that went out of their way to see that I was able to purchase my 2007 FLSTC Softtail Classic. Originally I wanted an Ultra Classic, but my wife, being concerned about the arm rests on the Ultra, left her feeling confined. So we compromised. She told me that she would pick the style of bike, and I could pick the color. Having riden dirt bikes as a kid was an experience. But the day I drove out of that parking lot on my first street bike was like bringing home a new baby. Now, having traveled from Houma, Louisiana to purchase this bike, I had to drive it home. Being very proud and excited now, it took everything I had to keep from smiling. I didn't want bugs in my teeth. Now having moved to the Corpus Christi area, I take every oppertunity to get out and ride. The roads are so much better here than the ones back in Louisiana. For Cajun Harley, all I say is Thank You for a great experience. And of course, It would be nothing but a Harley-Davidson."

"After visiting your dealership to buy some shirts, I walked out to my Sportster 883C to find an oil leak in a puddle underneath it. I'd just recently had my 1,000 mile check up done at another dealership where I purchased it. This was my first trip on it since then. It was late in the day, close to closing time, yet your staff took care of it minimum time to get me back on the road before the dealership closed.
