Rules and Regulations
1. Grounds available for set up and to begin cooking anytime before 9am
2. $20 entry fee required to participate. If registering online be sure to click the payment button below for your payment to be processed and to guarantee your spot in the cook-off. All proceeds to benefit MDA.
3. Gumbo serving will begin promptly at 11:00am and end at 2:00pm
4. A $5 fee and hand stamp required to eat
5. Each team is responsible for their own tents, bowls, cups and utensils.
6. Cajun Harley-Davidson will not provide ice or water and only non-electrical equipment will be allowed.
7. All cooking must be done on site. Nothing can be pre-cooked, etc. Meat may be seasoned/marinated, but must be raw. Onions, peppers, etc. may be pre-chopped. Wild Game acceptable.
8. Judging will begin promptly at 11:00am. Award ceremony will begin at 1:30pm. (Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and People’s Choice)
9. Each team will be responsible for keeping their area clean, to include final clean up at the end of the day.
